Tybee is at a crossroads. Short term rentals in our residential areas are eating away at our community. We must plan for increased flooding. We must ensure that we have adequate fresh water. Our water supply is endangered in the face of saltwater intrusion and rising demand. Other important issues include public safety, parking, the environment, historic preservation, and golf carts.
